Why I love Working by Referral…..Did you know that according to the National Association of Realtors 85-89% of all real estate transactions involve repeat and referral clients. Wow! You really are very powerful.
Most agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business – things like: door knocking, advertising, direct mail, floor-time at the office, open houses etc…
I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after the transaction. All I ask from you, the folks that support my business is that I would like you to refer me other great folks like yourselves. When you come across friends, family, neighbors or even co-workers who are thinking of buying or selling a home and would appreciate the level of service I provide, ask them if they have a Realtor®. If not, then… Tell them about your positive experience with me. Ask their permission for me to give them a call. Then call me with their name and number. I’ll follow up and take great care of them.
You see, as long as you keep referring me I don’t have to go out prospecting like everyone else and I can do an even better job working for you and your great referrals.
The opportunities that I’ve had in working with referred clients have provided me the most enjoyable and rewarding experiences of my career.
